1. Speak slower – sound is muddied over distance and by outdoor noises
  2. Longer gaps between words, ideas etc.
  3. Distinct diction
  4. Energy – purposeful
  5. Large actions
  6. Turn your body as well as head to face all parts of the crowd
  7. Close to microphone, but not hunching over it
  8. Notes easy to read in sunlight. Big font. Print out. Clip to lecturn.
  9. One main scripture, illustration, point
  10. Great story – self-deprecating
  11. Jesus focus
